Mechanic Evaporator

Evaporators are devices used to separate a liquid from a solution by vaporizing the liquid and leaving behind the solute. One type of evaporator is the Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE). MEE is a thermal separation process that uses multiple stages of evaporation to progressively concentrate a solution to a higher level of solids concentration. In this process, the feed solution is heated in the first stage of the evaporator, causing some of the liquid to vaporize and leaving behind a more concentrated solution. The vapor produced in the first stage is then condensed and used as the heating source for the second stage, which repeats the process and increases the concentration further. This cycle can continue through multiple stages, with each stage operating at a lower pressure and temperature than the previous stage

We offer Ultra filtration Plants that are reusable and cleanable with standard chemicals and are designed using advanced process technology with the purpose of removing micro bacterial counts. These Ultra filtration Control Systems act as advanced Industrial Filtration System and find application as pre treatment step to the next in step reverse osmosis process.

Advantages

1. Energy efficiency: MEEs are highly efficient at evaporating liquids by utilizing the latent heat of the steam generated in each effect to heat the next effect. This results in significant energy savings compared to other types of evaporators, making them an environmentally friendly option.

2. High concentration ratios: MEEs are capable of achieving high concentration ratios, which makes them ideal for processing liquids with low initial concentrations. This can result in significant reductions in the volume of liquid that needs to be transported or disposed of, which can be costly and time-consuming. Versatility: MEEs can be used for a wide range of liquids, including acids, alkalis, brines, and wastewater streams. They can also be used for both concentration and purification processes, making them a versatile option for many industries.

3. Cost savings: By using less energy to evaporate liquids, MEEs can also result in significant cost savings. This is especially important for industries that need to process large volumes of liquids and want to keep their operating costs low

4. Compact design: MEEs have a modular design that allows them to be easily installed and integrated into existing processing systems. This can help to save space and reduce the need for additional equipment. Easy operation and maintenance: MEEs are designed to be easy to operate and maintain, with minimal downtime required for cleaning and maintenance. This can help to increase productivity and reduce the risk of equipment failure or downtime.
